The discipline, teamwork, and relentless drive that football demanded became the foundation of everything he builds.
After graduating, Kelly moved into coaching, serving on the staff at Nebraska and Ole Miss, before making the leap to Arizona real estate in 2005. He brought the same coaching mindset to real estate: study the market deeply, build a great team, and never stop competing for your clients.
